- Any notes you choose to share about the job
We collect this information directly from you — through our online booking, or when you call or text us.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Schedule, confirm, and carry out your appointment
- Contact you about your booking, including reminders and updates
- Provide accurate pricing and travel to the right location
- Follow up about your service and keep basic records
Online booking
Our online scheduling is handled through Cal.com. When you book through it, the details you enter are processed by that service so we can manage our calendar and confirm your appointment. Your appointment is also added to our own calendar.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it as needed to run our business — for example, with the scheduling tool above — or where required by law.
Photos
We may photograph vehicles we service and use those images to promote our work. We won't intentionally feature license plates or personal details. You can opt out anytime by letting us know before or during your appointment. See our Terms of Service for more.
Text messages
If you contact us or book by text, we may text you about your appointment. You can stop appointment or marketing texts at any time by replying STOP or telling us directly.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and maintain reasonable business records.
